Description
Unique antique English sterling silver ladle bearing the characteristic hallmarks of George Jamieson London England 1855 as well as the City marks ofAberdeen Scotland. Measures 6 3/4 inches. Engraved with an adorable figure of a man holding what appears to be a flower and the motto In Te Domine Speravi or " I put My Trust In The Lord ". Weighs a substantial 42 grams. Good clear marks with only light rubbing. I like this antique armorial sterling silver ladle and think you will too.
Good condition as described and photographed above...would further benefit from gentle polishing which I have not attempted. Money back guarantee as always.
