    Antique English sterling silver tablespoon measuring approximately 8 3/4 inches. Bears the characteristic hallmarks of Peter & William Bateman London. Date letter appears to be 1809 and has  crowned Leopard London mark. No monogram or engraving. Weighs 59.5 grams. Overall good  antique condition as described and photographed above with minor wear from age and normal use....would benefit from professional polishing which I have not attempted.......otherwise ready to use or give as gift.
