Antique Hull 967 Little Red Riding Hood Cookie Jar Pink Rose Decal 13 1/4" tall

I am pleased to bring you what I consider is a great example of a real Hull 967 Little Red Riding Hood Cookie Jar that came from a lady who mother collected back in the 70s and 80s . I know there  is a ton of repo's out there so let me make my case why I think this is the real deal. First the jar stands in at a height of 13 1/4" which is the correct height. Also the decal of a soft pink rose is correct and the repo's never got this soft pink color . The gold stars and the trim have a slight bit of wear and the end of the brown on the basket has a lot of what I call dust dirt. the kind that accumulates from a lot of years of sitting on a shelf. The makeup of the jar is a heavier "vitrous" porcelain and not the cheap stuff and if you look in the picture from the base there is a little brown "foxing" that comes w age and sometimes the cookies left part of the shortening and this had a tendency to age or turn a little brown as this one has in the picture. I can find no chips or nicks and the base is properly incised and it is exactly that, incised and not in relief  WEll there you have it....I do not claim to be an expert but I welcome any questions  PLease look at my other great offereings as I have some very eclectic items Good luck
