STANLEY # 44 Reproduction Fence
This is a reproduction of the very early fence for the Stanley "Miller's Patent" # 44 Gun Metal plane. The early # 44 planes had a fence in which the slots were filled in. The original planes and fences are perhaps the rarest of the "Miller's Patent" planes. This is Paul Hamler casting and when I talked to him, these were made from an original. It needs of course, to be finished but you will not find an original without the plane and you will pay a good bit for it. Here is your chance to complete your early # 44. These do not come along every day.

If you are not lucky enough to live out here, you can check into M-WTCA, Mid-West Tool Collectors Assn. They are almost nation wide and the publications are worth the .00 annual membership fee. I do make mistakes and have overlooked things in the past. The plane is being sold “AS IS” so, look carefully and let me know if you want more pictures or information.

I have shipped to New Zealand before and will certainly be able to do that again. I just can't include that in the shipping options. Shipping outside the USA will be more and depend on destination and weight. PLEASE READ THE SHIPPING INFO FOR PAYMENT AND SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA AND WAIT FOR MY INVOICE. I charge $ 5.00 handling and packing for shipments outside the USA. There is extra paperwork, an additional 10 miles of driving and a wait in line of up to 45 minutes at the Post Office.
