    English Sterling Silver - Beaker / Mint Julep Cup by Peter & Ann Bateman of London circa 1791 - weighs 4.27 troy ozs.
    has a wonderful engraved belt collar on the center outside of cup with engraved top and bottom borders. The interior has a light gold wash.
    Marked: hallmarked with  the makers mark PB AB, lion passant, leopard's head crowned, date letter "q", and duty mark.
    Measurements: 3 7/16" in height and the top rim measures 2 7/8" in diameter.
    Monograms: none
    Condition: Great condition. - only slight ding on the bottom edge - minor and only pointed out for accuracy.
