The following are my observations and comments, but please reference the pictures and ask questions to make your own assessment.
These Lebus load binders appear to be in good functional condition. Also included is a length of galvanized chain, and a length of 3/8" cable.
Approximate overall (maximum) measurement (one load binder): 26-1/2" x 11-1/2" x 2"
