Our
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
is thick, sweet, naturally flavorful and barrel aged to perfection with a subtle nutty oak finish. Aged 12 to 18 years until it is a thick viscous glaze, you can use it as a glaze or marinade on chicken, steak, salmon or pork. Liven a drab vegetable dish by adding tender juicy flavor to asparagus or brussels sprouts. Or simply drizzle it over a tossed salad and it will stick to the spinach or arugula leaves; creating a perfectly proportioned salad in every bite! This balsamic vinegar is delicious atop almost anything with its lightly sweet, nutty oak taste!
INGREDIENTS:
This pure balsamic vinegar is flavored with all natural, simple and limited ingredients. Made with REAL cooked and aged trebbiano grapes and not purees, juices or extracts so that it is non- perishable, does not require refrigeration and can age as intended.
