Stanley No. 3 Bench Plane (Type 4) 1874-1884. Handle is cracked.

This plane came from an old timer named WIlliam Foy, which is why W Foy is stamped on the bed.  All I did was take it apart, clean it with 3 in 1 oil, and cleaned all of the bolts with a brass wire brush.  I sanded down the knove with 120 grit, but backed out of restoring because I came across a nicer #3.
This plane measures 8 3/4" x 2 1/8" on the sole.
