Every effort is made to try to date planes accurately but there can be discrepancies, so date accuracy is not guaranteed. Stanley planes are dated using the "Plane Dating Flowchart" at the Hyperkitten website.
Most planes are disassembled, cleaned and all threads oiled before being reassembled and listed for sale.
You
shoul
d expect the plane to require the usual cleaning and tuning
including flattening and sharpening.

Returns accepted up to 14 days after purchase date.
Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Returns only accepted for damaged items or items
