Stanley number 3 TYPE 4 PLANE prelateral

STANLEY  PLANE NUMBER 3   ==TYPE 4==  prelateral  lightly used plane  NOT PRISTINE OR NIB   8 3/4" x 2 1/8" overall
possibly cleaned up 50 years ago?
very nice used earlier plane from when stanley made quality planes
uncleaned past 30+ years I know of.
factory wood tote and knob. tote shows dings, light scratches BUT NO REPAIRS OR CRACKS.
TOP OF HORN SHOWS SMALL EDGE ROUNDING OVER , dent in area by screw, AS WELL AS SANDING MARKS ON CURVED TOP?

appears to   have  only original finish present, do not appear to have finish added over factory . tote MAY HAVE been refinished?
bed  jappaning is a conservatively estimated at 90% appears original no signs of touch up, does show loss inside cheek area from blades edges contact, some loss on frog edges, toe  also has some small chipping in jappaning
bed has very small ding on top of right cheek@ adjusting wheel area
frog has two chips on front edge, lever cap screw shows some slot deformation, frog screws very clean, nice
frogs front shows not having been fully flattened on upper left side, casting was not fully ground but is relatively smooth and is not rusted
bed shows jappaning in nearly full coverage,
outside of bed shows one small ding as described on cheek top and some scratches to sole with no cracks or repairs seen. some very light staining on sole, a few scattered small pitting spots, a few small nicks in throat area, ends of throat may have been lightly filed round
BED MAY HAVE BEEN LAPPED/OR CLEANED LONG AGO,  ?? has only @50 years of patina and not much crud,or spatter,or rust, or dark storage color or?? but entire plane is in that not much used condition?
lever cap shows some crud buildup, staining, and very small nick on inside front edge.
lever cap spring DOES NOT HAVE  bent area common to used planes?
blade assembly shows more patina than rest of plane but its blued back cap iron is above 90% remaining with scratches/marks present. front has staining above lever cap contact but clean under lever cap
blade is 1 23/32" wide x 6 5/8" long with numerous pitting/staining above slot on top. mostly on front but also some on blade back
no pitting on bottom @5" of blade . logos on blade and lever cap consistent with type 4 planes.
blade assembly screw is smooth edged some slot distortion
