Description

Nice vintage Stanley plane with most of the original japanning, just a patch missing in front of the knob. The wood is in very good shape, one nick on the top of the tote. There is some fine pitting, on the left side of the body and the upper part of the iron and on the chipbreaker. I flattened the back of the iron and ground a new bevel, just needs honing.
