Vintage Draw Knife lot, Winsted Edge 10" folding handles, plus 4" ball handled.

Description

For auction is a Draw Knife lot (2), in good user/collectible condition, with solid handles and very good blades. The draw knives have been cleaned and lightly oiled.
1. Winsted Edge, 10". Marked "Winsted Edge Tool Works, Winsted Conn, USA", with folding handles. (Between 1882 and 1955 the company's entire product line of high quality gouges, draw knives and chisels was identified as T H Witherby.) The blade has minor weathering and staining, very good edge and no hammer damage on the top edge. Handles attach tightly, wear to the finish, lock in place securely.
2. Unmarked, 4". Angled ball handles. Shiny blade, some staining, possibly stainless (?), good edge. Handles attach tightly, wear to the finish.
