    Description

    I acquired these scales from an estate sale in Los Angeles in 1972.  I have no particular interest in them but they seemed cool and didn't take up much room so I've hauled them around all these years.  They seem to be in find condition, but I do not know how to rate these things.  It comes complete with a tin of weights, but I could not easily open the tin so I just left them.  They do rattle in it and the tin weighs 8 oz.  I think this set is especially interesting because it has an excellent makers plate on it with the various specs for the kit, plus the maker's name and address.
