Vintage Jewelers Metal Working Embossing Hammer w/ Crown DO tm No. 401 2

Description

Very nice, very clean jewelers embossing hammer. The head measures about 4 3/4". One side of the head has a crown like trademark with what looks like a DO in the center off it. The opposite side of the head has the numbers 401 & 2.  Both faces are chip free and in great shape, looking unused The handle looks to be original, and has CR22 stamped on the butt. It needs another wedge or finish nail to tighten it up, but it is in fine shape. It is 10 1/4" from butt to head. Weight is 7.7 oz.
